Beginning in Los Angles studying at UCLA Arts & Architecture program  David accepted a position at Ralph Lauren New York creating interiors for Ralph Lauren and RL home collections . Next Barney's    New York under creative director Simon Doonan for 660 Madison and Chelsea passage locations  focusing on marketing and merchandising for all domestic and european luxury brands . Lastly GUCCI / TOM FORD  New York managing , merchandising and maintaining interiors at Gucci flagship stores , east and west coast Saks , Bergdorfs and Neimans wholesale doors .

My inspiration is drawn from youth, architecture, contemporary art and culture with an emphasis on custom developed materials defined by its fusion of craftsmanship and detail.  DAVID GALAN has been carried at Harvey Nichols, Barney's, Nordstrom and specialty boutiques globally. Featured in InStyle, Cosmopolitan, C Magazine and WWD. Noticing a void in leather luxury handbags and accessories for the well heeled woman, DAVID GALAN  the brand was created.
